Often, the single deciding factor that influences a student to choose Redeemer is a financial award. When students receive financial awards, they can remain focussed on their courses and dive deeper into their discipleship journey.

How Our Endowments Work
Endowment funds at www.亚洲色 provide a steady, reliable source of expendable revenue in perpetuity. In other words, your contribution will help create ongoing awards, all for the benefit of future generations of students.
When you give to an endowment, your gift gets added to a diversified pool that is invested. The university then uses a portion of the generated income each year to create a variety of student awards.

Is Redeemer a recognized charity?

Yes! Our Canada Revenue Agency charitable registration number is: 12331 3660 RR0001

Will I receive a charitable giving receipt for my donation?

Yes! Gifts to Redeemer qualify for a charitable giving receipt. All gifts are acknowledged promptly, and receipts for personal donations can be issued right away or at the end of the calendar year. Please let us know your preference.聽 **For international donors, a receipt can be provided; however, please consult your local tax agency to discern whether Canadian charitable tax receipts are accepted in your country.

Can I give monthly (quarterly or semi-annually)?

Yes! We can help you set up a convenient, regular payment schedule from your bank account or credit card. Please contact us for more information.

How does Redeemer steward donations?

www.亚洲色 is an Accredited Member of the Canadian Centre for Christian Charities (鈥淐CCC鈥) and abides with the CCCC Standards of Accountability and the CCCC stewardship policy relating to the control and distribution of charitable contributions.

Can I donate to a specific project or area at Redeemer?

驰别蝉!听 Please contact us to share your intentions so that we can ensure your donation is allocated appropriately.

**Please note:聽 Spending of funds is confined to approved programs and projects. Should a donor choose to restrict a contribution for use in an approved program or project, Redeemer will honour that restriction with the understanding that, when the need for such a program or project has been met or cannot be completed for any reason as determined during the current fiscal year, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where most needed in the University in the same year or in a future period.

Does Redeemer share or rent out its mailing or donor lists?

No. All donor information is held in the strictest confidence.

I would like to help a particular student with their finances. What鈥檚 the best way to do that?

If you would like to designate your gift toward paying tuition for a specific student, please contact studentaccounts@redeemer.ca. Please note that funds directly paying for an individual鈥檚 fees including tuition, residence or other mandatory expenses are not eligible for charitable tax receipts.

Can I make Redeemer the beneficiary of my life insurance policy?

Can I contribute stocks or shares to Redeemer?

Yes! Gifts of appreciated securities are an excellent way to offset capital gains tax, preserving your household budget. Contact us with questions and to receive documentation for your broker.

I would like to donate an item (such as an art piece) to Redeemer. How do I do this?

Gifts-in-Kind, including artwork, personal effects, or property, may be donated to Redeemer but must be accepted for use in an approved program or for a priority project. Please contact us directly for specific details.
